Before my launch of CSDC Solutions, I worked for five years helping Washington, DC tech start-up HelloWallet get its Customer Success and Support teams staffed and practices built out. The product was a B2B2C SaaS offering to large enterprise companies which helped employees manage their short and long-term financial goals. With these employee populations using the HelloWallet product, my team drove product adoption of over 50%+ with customers and retention rates of 98% with the enterprise customer base. These successful practices were later highlighted in a book by Behavioral Scientist Dr. Stephen Wendel, to show the effectiveness of test & learn within our model. With this growth and many satisfied large Fortune 100 enterprise customers thriving, HelloWallet made a successful exit and was acquired by Morningstar, Inc in 2014. I went on to spend the next three years helping establish Customer Experience and Agile practices at Morningstar for their B2B and B2C client teams. In 2017, KeyBank asked me to lead a technology and team acquisition from Morningstar, Inc where I implemented Agile and collaborative dynamics to a new financial wellness initiative within the bank. Now, my passions to spread top tier customer experience as broadly as possible have led to CSDC Solutions and working with companies just like yours!
